The freshman baseball team, behind the pitching of Byron Johnson, defeated the Dartmouth freshmen 6 to 2 Saturday afternoon.

The Yardling golfers suffered their first defeat of the season Saturday, losing to Exeter 5 to 4. Frank Dodge, Dave Bernstein, and Bob Grunderman accounted for all the team's points.

Against a capable Andover tennis team the Yardling tennis team continued its undefeated season with a close 5 to 4 win, Saturday.

At Cornell, the freshman track team had its undefeated streak broken as it bowed by three points, 71 1/2 to 68 1/2, to the Big Red freshmen.

At Williamstown the '59 lacrosse team lost 10 to 3 to a powerful William freshman team.
