Dean Griswold of the Law School is the new president of the Association of American Law Schools. He took office at the recent annual meeting of the association in San Francisco.

He was elected by representatives of the 108 law schools who comprise the association.

Dean Griswold has headed the Law School since 1946. He received the A.B. degree from Oberlin College in 1925 and the LLB from Harvard in 1928.
