WHRB voted to admit Radcliffe members as soon as the remaining administrative details can be accomplished, president John H. Shenefield '60, announced last night.
In the future there will be "no restrictions as to sex," Shenefield said. In a three hour meeting the administrative staff of WHRB approved by a two-thirds majority an amendment to the by-laws of the Harvard Radio Broadcasting Co. Inc., which would provide "voting rights and eligibility for executive positions on equal terms for Harvard and Radcliffe members."
Before the action can be implemented permission must first be secured from the Radcliffe Student Government Association, the Radcliffe Review Board, the Harvard Student Council, and the Harvard Faculty. Committe on Undergraduate Activities.
