Edward K. True and Huson T. Jackson, associate professors of Architecture in the Graduate School of Design, have been appointed full professors effective July 1, Dean Jose Luis Sert announced yesterday.
At the same time, Vincent J. Solomita will become assistant professor of Design and Albert Szabo will become assistant professor of Architecture.
True, an expert on materials and structural systems, emphasizes the engineering aspects of Archicteure. He is a consulting engineer as well as a teacher, and has served on the Planning Board of the Town of Concord for ten years. He joined the Faculty in 1945.
A practicing architect for the past 20 years, Jackson joined the Faculty in 1953. His major area of interest is architectural design.
