Candidates for HYDC Office Discuss Policy

The Harvard Young Democratic Club has maintained a record of "insufficient activities and faulty policy," David Z. Farbman '60, candidate for the presidency of the HYDC, charged last night in a debate with his opponent, Derek T. Winans '60, the other candidate for the presidency.

Winans replied that the Club has been attempting to vary activities, denying the existence of what Farbman termed a policy clique. "Our ideas and programs have been very successful this year," Winans claimed.
