Ski Team Beats Yale In Cranmore Slalom

The Harvard skiing team soundly trounced Yale last Saturday at Cranmore Mt., N.H., taking three out of the first four places in a slalom race. Princeton was also scheduled to compete, but its team had not arrived at the start of the race.

On very wet corn snow, Crimson captain Don Stephenson won, Bill Niemi and Al Arkley finishing third and fourth respectively. Though Harvard's victory was quite decisive with only three racing for each college, the total times for the two teams were extremely close: Harvard 217 sec., Yale 224 sec.

The final race of the season will be against Dartmouth on April 18, at Tuckerman's Ravine.
