Adams Society Established

Fifty students officially founded the John Quincy Adams Society last night. After accepting the proposed constitution virtually as written, the meeting proceeded to the election of officers, choosing James H. Broussard '63, president, and Arden G. Doss '64, vice-president.

David A. May '62 was elected Speaker of the Assembly, the body which will do the actual debating of the Society, Walter J. Blakey '62, Richard A. Derham '62, and Susan J. Segal '63, will occupy the posts of corresponding secretary, recording secretary, and treasurer, respectively.
