George E. Gordon Catlin, an expert on the problems of the Atlantic community, will speak this afternoon on "Atlantic Union" in Burr Hall B, at 4 p.m.

A Fellow of the royal Society of Literature, Gordon Catlin feels that the only solid international organizations are those that are regional, not global like the United Nations. He has long studied the possibilities and prospects of alliances among the North Atlantic countries.
