Harvard's best baseball team since the dawn of the twentieth century beat Yale 7-3 Saturday on Paul Del Rossi's seven-hitter.

The win gave Harvard a 19-2-1 record for the season, with two games remaining. No Harvard team has posted so high a winning percentage since 1901.

Meanwhile, back in Boston, Northeastern handed Boston College (7-2) its second Greater Boston League defeat 1-0 as the Crimson (5-1) sewed up its third straight G.B.L. crown.

Del Rossi picked up his ninth win of the year at Yale against one setback. The lefthanded senior limited the Blue to two hits until the seventh inning, when the Elis scored all their runs on doubles by John Hunsaker and Rich Semish, followed by errors by Del Rossi and Bob St. George.
