Radcliffe, Swarthmore Students Swap Places

Seven Cliffies and seven Swarthmore girls changed places this week in a program designed to give girls from each school a glimpse of life at the other.

The program was initiated by the Swarthmore girls "to see if we are missing anything in a small co-ed college 11 miles southwest of Philadelphia." The Swarthmore girls are interested in seeing both the academic and dormitory life of other schools with a view to possible improvements at their school.

Both groups are attending classes, but there is little other planned activity. "We thought they wouldn't like to be stampeded around," Ellen Snyder '65, Radcliffe coordinator, explained.
