Hosea Williams, director of SCOPE, the summer project organized by the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, will speak at 10 a.m. today in the Winthrop House Junior Common Room. Jane Dowell, a representative of the Ecumenical Voluntary Service, will be at PBH from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. today to discuss summer projects in civil rights and other areas.
