Class Marshal Voting Moved Up One Month

The date for Class Marshal elections has been moved ahead a month, from early December to November.

Dean Watson asked that the elections be held earlier to give him more time to work with the Marshals on plans for graduation.

Preliminary eliminations will be held on Monday. November 14. The names of the eight candidates receiving the largest number of votes will be placed on the ballot for the final elimination slated for Friday. November 18. From the eight, a First Class Marshal and three other Marshals will be chosen.

Each candidate must submit a nominating petition signed by at least 25 members of his class to Leverett F-58 or Eliot J-21 by 10 p.m. Saturday, November 5.

List of Activities

On Monday, November 7, each candidate must submit a list of his honors, activities, etc. to the CRIMSON and make an appointment with the paper to have his picture taken.

The CRIMSON charges a nominal fee of $2.50 for the photographic service.
