The first day of workshops sponsored by Peace Action to encourage discussions between students and alumnidrew a meagre response yesterday. No alumni showed up for the evening meeting; one made it to the morning session on Corporate responsibility.
Three workshops will be held today, all on the second floor of the Phillip Brooks House:
9:15 a.m.-Economics and U.S. Foreign Policy.
2 p.m.-Non-Violent Direct Action.
4 p.m.-Repression of Dissent.
The Peace Action will sponsor a free showing of "In the Year of the Pig," a documentary on Vietnam, 8 p.m. tonight at Divinity Ave. Emile de Antonio, the director of the film, will be present to discuss it with spectators. Contributions for the Peace Action Group will be accepted.
