Sen, George S. McGovern, 1822, 74 per cent; Rep, Shirley Chisholm 282, 11 per cent; Sen. Edmund S. Muskie, 141, 6 Per cent; Gov. George C. Wallace, 67, 2 per cent; Sen. Hubert H. Humphrey 51, 2 per cent; Mayor John V. Lindsay, 48, 1 per cent; Eugene J. McCarthy, 36, 1 per cent; Sen. Henry Jackson, 28, 1 per cent.
The following received less than one per cent; Ned Coll, Wilbur Mills, Vance Hartke.
