Short Circuit: A Video Event. All next week Carpenter Center is presenting Harvard-produced television on monitors to be set up around the campus. Programming will include live video events from 10 to 1 p.m. each morning, including art, theater, and dance. From 1 to 2 p.m. there will be a live news magazine presentation, with presentations by several Crimson editors followed by discussions of current issues. The afternoon programs will be varied from continuation of the morning event to tapes by video artists. May 6-10, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
