The manufacturers of Koro-Flex diaphragms have recalled the diaphragms they manufactured between June and September of 1976 because the diaphragms produced in these lots are tearing at the juncture of the rim and dome.
People with Koro-Flex diaphragms with F-6, G-6, H-6 and I-6 marked on the rim can return them to the issuing pharmacies--which will be reimbursed by the manufacturers--and request a refund.
