His boss may have been defeated last November, but Stuart E. Eizenstat is not out of a job. The domestic affairs adviser to former President Carter said this week that he will teach a mini-course "investigating the role of the press in American politics and culture" at the Kennedy School of Government beginning in late March or early April.

Although the University's Internal Audit department has yet to issue refunds to spring customers of the defunct and bankrupt Harvard Delivery News Service, officials at the New York Times and the Boston Globe said this week that service will start up again on March 4. The Crimson will deliver the newspapers for a three-month trial period.

A ten-year boycott of the Committee on Rights and Responsibilities (CRR)--which was formed after the 1969 student protests to discipline students involved in political demonstrations--may yet continue. Although Adams and South Houses voted this fall in favor of sending representatives to CRR, Adams House Committee members voted this week to hold a referendum on the original decision.

Harvard gave its most recent reply to Ephraim Isaac this week, filing a motion in U.S. Federal District Court that asks for dismissal of the discrimination suit that the former associate professor of Afro-American Studies drew up after the University denied him tenure in 1975.

'The Student Assembly elected a new battery of officers this week, including chairman Andrew B. Herrmann '82. The new leaders said they plan to publicize the Dowling Committee Report--the result of a study examining student government at Harvard.
