To the Editors of The Crimson:

The Biology Department's tutorials need no justification. The Biology Department alienates its students enough with a constant series of large lecture room classes (c. 400 per introductory class). I hope the number of tutorials offered increases and that they maintain their intimacy, which is critical to their value as a learning experience. Martin Reichel '83   Biology concentrator
