It's been months since the Undergraduate Council voted to fund distribution of a simplified version of the College's alcohol policy to allundergraduates.
Several houses have received the policy, approved by Dean of Students Archie C. Epps III, which is on one double-sided sheet of brightly-colored paper.
According to Todd E. Plants '01, who is also a Crimson editor, he is the only council member making the 13,000 copies, causing the delay.
"If we had allocated enough money to send it to Kinko's it could have been done overnight," Plants said.
