A playful seal seeks refuge from the waves on the cliffs of Peru.


Bambi and Spotty, as my dad used to call them, were our usual visitors during dinner time. Occasionally, they would watch us have dinner, too, in Hudson, Ohio.


As one emerges from the rainforest in Singapore , they are greeted or attacked (depending on whether or not the traveler is carrying food) by these small monkeys, known as long-tailed macaques. The park warns visitors to avoid feeding the monkeys, for they "make them aggressive."


In the heart of the National Botanical Gardens of Singapore, there exists a large exhibit of hand painted elephants.


Every fat cat deserves a solid paw-lickin' every now and again.
