Bill Yosses, White House Executive Pastry Chef, speaks about and demonstrates the physical  reactions behind some of his exotic dessert dishes. As part of the public lecture series of the new Science and Cooking class, Yosses wowed the audience with his chocolate mousse, flavored marshmellow, and interesting opinions about the food world.
