The above model depicts the cake that Joanne B. Chang ’91, the owner of the Boston-based bakery chain Flour, has designed for Harvard’s 375th Anniversary celebration. The cake is expected to feed up to 5,000 people and will be served at an event in Tercentenary Theater on Friday.
