The Union men’s hockey team, shown here against the Crimson in earlier action, topped Harvard on Saturday night, 3-1, to win its first-ever ECAC championship. With the win, the Dutchmen ended the Crimson’s season and denied Harvard a spot in the NCAA tournament for the first time since 2006. The Crimson finished the 2011-12 campaign with a 13-10-11 record.
