Professor Malcolm S. Salter, James J. Hill Professor of Business Science, discusses financial reform legislation and the banking system crash with Paul Volcker, the former Chairman of the Federal Reserve under Presidents Jimmy Carter and Ronald Reagan, as well as the Chairman of the Economic Recovery Advisory Board under President Barack Obama.
