Roughly three dozen Harvard custodial and security workers staged a demonstration for increased health benefits and higher wages outside the Smith Campus Center Monday afternoon. Citing the dining services workers’ strike as inspiration, the workers and 32BJ Service Employees International Union  hope to negotiate an acceptable contract by mid-November.
