In this series, we showcase creative and delicious recipes that can be made using only food found in dining halls. This interactive installment shows you how to prepare toast in three satisfying ways.

The Elvis Toast

Ingredients:

1 slice multigrain bread, toasted

2 tablespoons peanut butter

½ banana, sliced

1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Toast bread. Spread peanut butter and place banana slices on top. Drizzle with honey if desired.

Cinnamon Toast

Ingredients:

1 slice white bread, toasted

1 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Toast and butter bread. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle mixture on top of bread.

Teatime Toast

Ingredients:

1 slice wheat bread, toasted

2 tablespoons cream cheese

4 slices cucumber

Salt and pepper

Toast bread. Spread cream cheese on toast. Place cucumber slices on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
