David A. Javerbaum '93, former executive producer of Comedy Central's "The Daily Show," spoke at the Coop today in promotion of his latest book, "The Last Testament: A Memoir By God."

After a significant decrease in textbook sales and criticism from students about high prices, the Coop is now debating what role it should take.

Students who bought the textbook for Government 1510: “American Constitutional Law” from the Coop will soon be $54.20 less poor.

When Harvard students walk into the Coop, their main concern tends to be the price of textbooks, but some students have taken a greater interest in the bookstore. Ten Harvard students are currently running to join the 34-member board of the Harvard Cooperative Society. Although the Board can't lower the price of books, many of the candidates hope to open the lines of communication between the Coop and the student body.
