With Housing Day just three days away, a menagerie of House mascots have popped up in classes and dining halls around campus.

Housing day is now less than a week away, and Pfoho continues to release funny videos. In "Pfoho is Too Damn Pfly," the House satirizes the notorious Jimmy McMillan of the 2010 New York gubernatorial debates. In "Pfabuloso," Pfoho parodies a Kahlúa commercial to show how living in Pfoho makes everything more "intriguing."

Housing day is just over a week away, and Houses have continued to release videos for both freshmen and upperclassmen alike to enjoy.

The housing day videos released thus far have been fairly tame in the sense that they haven't singled out their rival Houses for ridicule. Currier and Pforzheimer, however, are stepping up their campaigns with new videos that not only claim they are the best, but that other Houses are the worst.

With housing day less than a month away, two more Houses are using the internet as a means to demonstrate their feelings of superiority over their eleven counterparts. Several days ago, we saw Hollywood-inspired videos from Dunster and Quincy. Now, Leverett has released a video, Pforzheimer has created a blog, and Quincy followed up its "Quinception" teaser with the full-length video.

Vi Hart, recreational mathemusician perhaps best known for her videos about doodling in math class, is in residence in Pforzheimer House this week. Last night, she held a workshop where Pforzheimer and College affiliates—including this Flyby correspondent—learned to make polyhedrons and other mathematical objects using balloons.

The Undergraduate Council will move forward with the Student Initiated Program (SIP) fund, members said at last night’s council meeting.

The phrase "get a room" took on a whole new meaning earlier this week.
