Hundreds of students spread out across the Quad lawn yesterday for the first ever Quadstock, a celebration of "peace and music" inspired by the 1969 Woodstock Music and Art Fair. The event, planned by the Quad House Committees, featured dozens of student performers, including bands and solo artists, who performed throughout the evening in various locations around the grassy lawn. Taking advantage of the warm, sunny weather, all three Quad Houses moved their dinners outside, allowing students to bask in the sunshine and musical vibes.

When Sally K. Scopa ’13 returned to Currier House after the summer, the bike she stored in one of the House’s gated courtyards had gone missing. In fact, all the bikes that had once been locked onto the racks were gone.
Quad Bikes—a store that sells new and used bicycles—had taken them.

A male student in Pforzheimer House was robbed at gunpoint Monday at 10:30 p.m. on Linnaean Street while walking toward Mass. Ave., according to the Cambridge police log.

Long walks, sometimes unreliable shuttles, and now coyotes? The list of grievances of life in the Quad got a little bit longer after coyotes were spotted on the frequently trodden path between the Radcliffe Quadrangle and the Yard.
