Men's Volleyball Ends Season with Princeton Loss

Opportunity. For any team to be successful over a course of a season, they must capitalize on opportunities. The Harvard Crimson followed a theme of missing opportunities this season. Whether it was allowing teams to comeback from 2-0 deficits, or not finishing sets after gaining a big lead, Harvard found it difficult to reach its potential with a young but fiery team.


Men's Volleyball Falls in Doubleheader

​Harvard Men’s Volleyball (9-12, 6-6 EIVA) had a tough weekend at home as it fell against both of its conference opponents. The Crimson came into the weekend tied for second in the EIVA standings, but with the two losses now finds itself outside of the top four in the conference. After losing an emotion filled five-set thriller to Saint Francis (13-14, 8-4 EIVA) on Friday night, the Crimson suffered a devastating loss to the No.12 Penn State Nittany Lions (17-10, 9-3 EIVA) on senior night.


Men's Volleyball Earns Double Wins against Charleston

A weekend removed from a dominant victory over Sacred Heart at home the Harvard men’s volleyball team (9-10, 6-4 EIVA) went down to West Virginia to take on the Charleston Golden Eagles (11-15, 0-12 EIVA). The Golden Eagles did not give the Crimson much of a challenge as they won only one of seven sets from the weekend’s contest. Ranked last in EIVA standings, Charleston showed flashes of life against Harvard, but would ultimately fall in both matches.


Men's Volleyball Prevails Over Sacred Heart

After a tough 0-3 road trip to the Golden State two weeks ago, the Crimson rebounded on Friday by dominating the visiting Sacred Heart Pioneers at home in straight sets.

Co-captain Casey White, who ended the game with seven kills alongside six assists, completed a rally in set three with two kills.


Men's Volleyball Posts Strong Results at Home

The Crimson returned to Cambridge licking its wounds but nevertheless knew it would emerge all the better for the effort it put forth in Illinois. Kicking off a five-game home stand, Harvard hoped to show visiting Fort Wayne and Ball State a few newly learned tricks it picked up from its Chicago-based adversaries.
