James Dichter got into bubbles because of his niece, who loves them. He makes the bubbles himself using a mixture of Dawn dishwashing soap, pure vegetable glycerin, and water. "Everyone loves bubbles!"
Every year, the Phillip Brooks House Association holds a plant sale outside of Mower through the month of September. Alongside this annual sale, there are a number of florist shops in the area selling plants and flowers year round. With these options at hand, students seeking to add a bit of green, leafy life to their dorms need not look any farther than the Square.
The scene is familiar to many—chairs scattered, cups strewn over surfaces, students huddled around a lone TF, perhaps trying to debug a piece of rogue code or attempting to solve a complicated differential equation. To some, this is the scene of a battlefield, where one's hopes of getting a good night's sleep quickly vanquish. To others, however, there are only two questions—where the hell did all the food go, and who is to blame for the disappearance of the beloved ranger cookies?
