THE publication of a college book has already been announced by the College papers. Messrs. James R. Osgood & Co., the publishers, have secured the services of Mr. Henry A. Clark, one of the projectors of the Harvard Book, as assistant editor. The article on Harvard will be written by Professor James Barr Ames, of the Law School, and will discuss the recent reforms in college, and the application of university system to American instruction. At least seventy-five pages are to be devoted to the Harvard sketch, and the whole book will contain six hundred pages. November is fixed as the time of publication.
