THE Acta Columbiana has several Harvard items, among others a list of "those trying for the Sophomore Crew," and something about substitutes on the 'Varsity, distributed among their own locals without any mention of the fact that they don't belong to Columbia. The Record also replies finally to the Echo's criticism on the Princeton business, by saying that the Echo's charge is not made in good English!

INSTRUCTOR. "Well, what is the color of the leaf?" "I - it is bl - I don't know, sir."
