Several changes have been made this year in the Chemical Laboratory, and as they do not seem to be generally understood, it may be well to state what the changes are.
Prof. Jackson expects to go abroad the first of November, and Dr. Mabery was to take charge of Chemistry 1 in his stead. But Dr. Maberv has accepted a position in a technical school in Cleveland. Therefore, the lectures in Chemistry 1 will be given by Prof. Cooke, and Mr. Hartshorn will take charge of the laboratory work.
Mr. Worcester will have charge of the upper laboratory, and is assistant in Chemistry 3, in place of Dr. Mabery. Chemistry 2 is given by Mr. Huntington. In Chemistry 4 the lectures will be given by Prof. Cooke, and Mr. Huntington will be assistant in place of Mr. Kinnicutt, who has accepted a position in a new normal school in Worcester.
The other chemistry courses remain unchanged.
