The Exonian claims that Exeter's recent game with Andover was won by the latter only through the unfairness of the referee, Eaton, former captain of the Yale eleven. A touchdown made by Exeter was disallowed by the referee on the ground of a foul, although, says the Exonian, members of the Andover eleven admitted that it was fairly scored. The Exonian's charges against Mr. Eaton are serious, unless they can be refuted.
