Harvard Students To Vote on Divestment From Israel in Inaugural HUA Election Survey
The senior class meeting last night was called to order at seven o'clock by Mr. T. M. Osborne, chairman of the committee of arrangements. After reading the rules for governing the meeting, Mr. Osborne yielded the chair to Mr. Charles R. Saunders. Mr. G. W. Sawin acted as clerk. The sixth rule was amended so that the names of no candidates could be dropped. The class then proceeded with the business of the meeting,-the election of class officers. The names of the successful candidates are given in another column. The arrangements for the meeting were very satisfactory and there was but little delay about the various ballots. The meeting was very orderly, and although several of the elections were closely contested, the best feeling prevailed, one of the officers, Mr. Stuart Wyeth, being elected by the unanimous vote of the class. The meeting adjourned at about a quarter past twelve.
