Concerning the proposal for changing the Harvard and Yale sides at the football game, Manager Moore has suggested one consideration to us which is certainly a very important one. It relates to the possible confusion which might arise from asking the public to make a change from an arrangement to which they have become well accustomed. There are usually in the neighborhood of seventeen thousand people at the game, each one of whom is assigned to some particular seat. The majority have been to the game before and have become accustomed to finding their places on one side or the other. If a change were made it is felt that there would surely be some persons who would start in the wrong way and probably in the crowding and pushing not a few would pass the wrong gate, and cause no end of trouble to the ushers and gate-keepers.
