Inter-Collegiate Foot-Ball Convention.

Delegates from Harvard, Princeton, Wesleyan and Yale met in the Fifth Avenue Hotel on Saturday evening according to arrangement. It was moved and accepted that there hereafter be two referees, instead of one as heretofore, one to watch the ball, the other the men. Then Messrs. Beecher, Cook and Holden were appointed to draw up a constitution subject to change at the meeting next fall. Mr. Camp, of Yale was selected to publish the rules. - Princetonian.
