The Institute of 1770 held its last meeting in the old rooms on Jarvis field last night and elected the following officers from '92 for the ensuing half-year: President, R. Saltonshall; vice-president, D. Gray; secretary, J. H. Kidder; treasurer, J. H. Hunt; librarian, S. P. Duffield; library committee, A. E. Benson, A. H. Green; house committee, J. O. Porter, J. W. Cummin, F. W. McDonald.
Tonight the new club house on Mt. Auburn Street will be formally opened. The committee has been at work all all the summer and since college began, and the house has been fitted up with every convenience and comfort possible.
All old members of the Institute in the college are given a cordial invitation to attend the opening tonight.
