The Felton Reading club held its opening reception Friday evening and formally declared its new rooms open for business. This club is in part a social and in part a literary organization, providing its members with a pleasantly furnished parlor and reading rooms, where about thirty of the leading periodicals are kept on file; and holding monthly sociables where other attractions than literary are introduced. The plan of drawing all the men together into a common body, and of maintaining a general parlor or club room is one that should succeed in all the dormitories.
