The half backs played well together as a rule, and some very long runs were made by this means. The only touch down was made by Cambridge, on a fumble by Green, and a long run by Eaton. No goal was kicked from this. The men lined up as follows:
'92 - r. e., Putnam; r. t., Hall; r. g., Hubbard; c., Walcott; l. g., Jones; 1. t.., Weed; 1. e., Gray; q. b., Lockett; h. backs, Cook, Green; f. b., Greenough.
C. M. T. S. - r. e., Gass; r. t., Van Dyke; r. g., Allen; c., Wiseman; l. g., Scalton; l. t., Richards; l. e., Jewett; q. b., Manning; h. backs, Eaton, Pullen; full back Moore.
