The Winter Meetings.

The official announcement of the winter meetings of the H. A. A. was posted yesterday. The first meeting, to be held March 21, will contain the following events: Putting the 16 lb. shot, heavy weight wrestling (160 lbs. or over), middle weight wrestling (under 160 lbs.), light weight wrestling (under 140 lbs.), feather weight wrestling (under 125 lbs.), heavy weight sparring (160 lbs. or over), middle weight sparring (under 160 lbs.), light weight sparring (under 140 lbs.), fence vault. Entries close with the secretary at 10 p. m., March 16.

The events in the second meeting (ladies' day) on March 28 will be broadsword, fencing, tumbling, running high jump, (invitation), ten yards dash, bantam weight sparring (under 115 lbs.), horizontal bar. Entries for this meeting close at 10 p. m. March 23. All men must be examined before the meetings by Dr. Sargent.

Tickets will be put on sale at Leavitt and Peirce's on Monday, March 9. For the first meeting the seats at the south end of the building will be reserved at 25 cents. For the second meeting the seats will be reserved as usual for 75 cents.
