Freshman Nine.

The freshman nine will begin training the latter part of this week, and candidates for the nine will probably be requested to meet on Wednesday or Thursday. A temporary captain will be appointed very soon and later in the season members of the nine will elect a regular captain. Captain Dean of the 'Varsity nine is very desirous that any experienced players who have played at third or short stop should commence training with the 'Varsity, as candidates for these two positions are especially needed.
