The Freshman Nine.

The Freshman nine has been reduced to the following men: Henry, O'Mally, Morton, Keefe, Kingsbury, Fuller, Hayes, Brown, Winslow, Haine and Gonterman.

It may be of some interest to know on what school teams these men have played before entering college. One of the number never played on any team before, but the other men and the teams on which they played are as follows:

Brown played short stop for Exeter two years; Moore played for three years on the South Jersey Institute team; Morton caught for the Wakefield High School; Keefe played on the Watertown High School nine; Winslow never played baseball before; Gonterman played in the field for Knox School, Ill; McCarty was a member of the Somerville High nine; Fuller, first base, played that position for Dalzell's Preparatory School, Worcester; Kingsbury pitched on the Cutler School nine of Newton; Haine pitched on last years Hopkinson School nine; O'Mally caught for the Boston Latin School: Henry was catcher on the Sing Sing team; Paul pitched on Hopkinson and Hayes played for two years on the Roxbury Latin School nine.

Below is the schedule of games arranged subject to slight changes.

April 15. Cambridge High and Latin Schools at Cambridge.

April 19. Hopkinson at Cambridge.

April 22. Brown '96 at Cambridge.

April 26. M. I. T.

April 29. Princeton Freshmen at Princeton.

May 3. St. Mark's at South borough.

May 6. Amherst '96, at Cambridge.

May 10. Open.

May 13. No game.

May 17. Open.

May 20. Williams '96 at Cambridge.

May 24. Open.

May 27. Princeton '96 at Cambridge.

Besides the above games there will also be two games with Exeter, the exact dates for which have not yet been settled.
