The '94 class team again defeated the Manual Training School in a practice game yesterday afternoon. The Manual Training School played their usual plucky game, but the weight of the ninety-four men kept them from scoring. Ninety-four did not play their strongest team but showed a decided improvement over their former game. The work of the backs and the general interference were good. Russell Beals did not play, but coached effectively. The teams lined up as follows:
'94. C. M. T. S.
Newman, left end, Hopkins.
Clark, left end, Hopkins.
McDonald, left tackle, Murphy.
Saltonstall, left guard, Warren.
Long, center, Burnett.
Lee, center, Burnett.
Williams, right guard, Suhr.
Carter, right tackle, Vaughan.
Wrenn, right end, Chafe.
Cabot, quarterback, Morse.
Borden, halfback, Jewell.
Gardner halfback, Sullivan.
Brooks, fullback, Grant.
Umpire, Mr. Allyn. Referee, Garrison '94. Time, 30 min.
