Miss Rose Eytinge of the Julia Marlowe company has taken Robert Browning's poetical drama of that name, and reducing it to one act, has adapted it to the stage and it will have its first production during the week of January 14. The piece has already been given with success in Chicago, where Julia Marlowe received much praise for her work in it. The repertoire for the third and last week is as follows: Monday night, "Pygmalion and Galatea" and "Colombe's Birthday"; Tuesday and Wednesday nights, "The Love Chase"; Thursday and Friday nights, "Rogues and Vagabonds," "Colombe's Birthday" and "Chatterton"; Saturday matinee, "Rognes and Vagabonds" and "Pygmalion and Galatea"; Saturday night "Ingomar."
