The competitive debate of the Freshman Debating Club to choose representatives for the debate with the Yale Freshman Union will be held tonight in Sever 11, at 7.30 o'clock. Only members of the Freshman Debating Club will be allowed to compete. The men will speak in the order announced last Thursday morning. Men who did not hand in their names will have an opportunity to speak after the other men have spoken. Speeches will be limited to five minutes. The question is: "Resolved, That the President's term shall be increased to six years and that he be ineligible for reelection." The Harvard Freshman Debating Club will support the negative.
E. S. Page L. S. will preside. The judges will be H. A. Bull '95, R. C. Ringwalt '95, and T. L. Ross L. S. They will choose ten men who will speak next Wednesday night, when Professor Hayes, Professor Hart and Professor Cummings will choose three men and an alternate who will represent the Harvard Freshman Debating Club.
