The formation meeting of the National Interscholastic Association will be held in New York City on December 28. The first business is to consider the best means for organization and management. It is likely, too, that the time and place for the first field meeting will be set. The association will greatly benefit track and field athletics, for it will bring together athletes from schools all over the country, and definite records will be established. The Harvard Interscholastic Association will be represented at the meeting on the 28th.
