The Harvard Union holds its regular weekly debate tonight in Sever 11. The subject: "Resolved, That the Southern States should take steps to bring about the disfranchisement of the negro through state constitutions.

Principal disputants: Affirmative, R. G. Leypoldt, Sp., and F. S. Elliot '96; negative, N. B. Marshall, L. S., and J. P. Warren '96.
