To the Editors of the Crimson:
The shelf on which the reference books in English VI should be reserved is conspicuously empty this week. Of the reference books for the present debate only the Congressional Record is a reserved book. All the others are out of the library. It is difficult to see how the principal disputants can work up the debate without reference to the books. And if these books are in the hands of the principals it shows a gross disregard of the rights of the other members of the course.
A MEMBER OF THE COURSE.
